Making an
online reservation is easy. Just complete
the reservations making sure that you
have given us your e-mail address and
send to us. As soon we receive your request
we will contact your chosen hotel to confirm
the reservation . It is our policy to
reply to all request within 12 or 24 hours.
Normally hotels do not ask for a deposit
when making a booking, however at times
if high demand us as Public holidays
they may do. When a deposit is required
this can be done using your credit card.
You have the choice of using the on-line
credit card payment scheme or by printing
a copy of the debit authority, completing
your card details, sign the form and
fax it to us.
If your plans change and you need to
cancel your reservations, please let
us know as early as possible so that
we can notify the hotel. There is no
cancellation charge. We aim to provide
information and the most competitive
room rates.
Not all taxi drivers in Bali are fluent
in English so we have written the name
and address of the hotel in Bali on the
location map in each hotel page or we
will pick you up. Simply print it out
before leaving home and hand it to the
driver as you get into the taxi.
We guarantee that all information given
to us will be treated as strictly confidential
and will never be passed on to a third
party.
