Karma Jimbaran is located on Jimbaran Bay and encompasses the area south of Bali’s international airport. Jimbaran Village is unique in that it borders two separate coasts lying less than 2 km apart, each of which has a markedly different geography. To the west is the broad expanse of Jimbaran Bay and the Indian Ocean. To the east is the shallow and sheltered Benoa harbor.

A modern interpretation of a number of classical dishes alongside a selection of "new age" ideas is evident in dishes such as "Jimbaran Bay Red Snapper "Escabeche"- Preserved Lemon, Cured Tomatoes, Parsley and Basil Coulis" and "Cumin-braised Grouper - Herb Crust, Roasted Eggplant-potato puree, ligurian olive sauce, chorizo oil". di Mare is relaxed during the day and casual but chic at night.
